I bought this as an inexpensive alternative to an official Ring doorbell solar charger and I am so glad I did.It's been up for a few months now and has withstood the Louisiana summer heat and thunderstorms.It faces the afternoon sun and keeps my Gen2 video doorbell charged to 100%, even with heavy live-view use. After reading other reviews for solar chargers, I learned a 5W panel couldn't provide enough trickle charge to keep the battery full. This 10W dude has the juice.The included mount is unexpectedly well designed. It's easy to set up, rotate, and lock into place. My panel hasn't drooped downwards since install, even with some hurricane winds.Pros:- Works like a charm with my ring doorbell- Excellent value (bought at $22)- 10W keeps trickle charge device full- Comes with a nice mount!- Micro USB to USB-C thingie includedCons:- Cord is a little short (I purchased a micro to micro extension)Neutrals:- Micro USB cord is hardwired to the unit, so no swapping out the cord like with a charging brick. I presume this helps with waterproofing.- Micro USB port out -- double check that your device actually uses this charger, as it's quickly being phased out. Even with the included micro-to-USB C converter, I'd consider a hardwired USB C panel or one with a USB-C port for more general use.

This solar panel is outstanding for use with my Ring Doorbell Camera. In just 2.5 hours of direct sunlight, my device went from 0% to 58% charged, significantly faster than other panels I’ve tried. It’s reasonably priced, durable, and includes various charging attachments (USB-C, barrel charger, and micro USB adapter). I plan to replace my other three panels with this model, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient solar charger for their devices.

I bought this to help with a camera that records nonstop, I was having trouble keeping it charged to make it last through the day. With this panel it now holds 100% charge during the day, however it still allows the camera to run dead by midnight once the sun goes down. SIDE NOTE: If anyone finds themselves in my position, add a secondary battery pack/bank to the camera. That way the bigger panel keeps it charged during the day then the battery pack gets it through the rest of the night,Hope my review helps some folks see what i looked for when I was searching. These work well to keep my cameras fully charged even in poorly located areas. The original panels would not keep the batteries charged. These do. They are over twice the size of the original panels and can charge even in partial sunlight. My only advice is to get some extension charging cords. Then you can possibly locate the panel in a better location where it will get more sunlight. 100% would buy more of these.

It was wonderful for a while but suddenly it’s become garbage. It stopped charging and now depletes the battery! My cameras now last longer without the solar panel at all! I’m saddened by the loss of my money.

I used these to upgrade my Woolink PTZ Solar cameras. My stock panels are only 2 watts. These are 5x more powerful and keep my cameras charged all day. These are priced right, material is durable and the build is great for the price. Don’t hesitate, buy these! They work great!

I purchased this to pair with a Ring camera. It wasn’t working great but it was working. Then, after two months it wouldn’t charge the batteries any longer. I tried to contact the vendor but Amazon wouldn’t allow it so I suppose there is no warranty. (See edit- there is warranty and I was contacted) It’s no longer in the Amazon return window. Buyer beware.Edit: after replacing this panel with the Ring version, I was able to look closer at the panel. The connectors are not built for outdoors and rusted which likely caused it to fail. I’m just glad the camera was not damaged by the rust.Second Edit: Based on my review, the ownership reached out to me. The expressed their regrets, told were they have an12 month warranty, and offered a full refund. They also informed me that in future shipments, they are upgrading the adapter to an all weather version. Updating to two starts based on the very good follow up service.

Really solid panel. Appears modern and sleek, not like some kids solar charger he soldered together out of trash bags and scrap wires as a weekend project.Gathers charge even in Overcast sky's. I mounted it on my roof and was quite stunned to see my battery bank kick online as early as 5 am in the morning, the moment the sun begins to rise.It's designed for a security camera, sure, and comes with a nice mounting bracket, but you can use this panel for all kinds of stuff considering it leads out to a Micro USB plug, and comes with a converter to change to USB C.Overall, I've spent ten times the amount I paid for this panel, for other, lesser panels. For the price, this is an outstanding deal. And I plan on coming back to pick up more panels, once I run into more disposable income. The 2 pack looks like an awesome deal.Ty for the panel, I'm very satisfied with it, and it's ease of use is a definite bonus. I can recommend this product to anyone who uses any kind of electric device really. I'm glad to see panels have finally become less esoteric for the layperson.

The solar panel is installed and working. It arrived when promised and in good condition. I had a smaller solar panel installed but it could not keep the battery in the camera charged. This new panel had the battery up to 60% before it got dark. This will be my go solar panel for security cameras.

This is a great little solar panel. It charges super fast in full sun. However, the downside is that if you Leave it plugged in, it will also discharge your charged battery. So purchase with caution!There are others that have a controller that will protect against discharge.. that's what I'm buying instead.Sending this back

Je n'étais pas sûr qu'ils fonctionneraient avec mes caméras TAPO C425 mais je suis satisfait car ça les recharge très bien lorsqu'ils sont exposés correctement au soleil. Je vais en racheter d'autres!
