I use these pans all of the time. It is so easy to just run the slider around your cooled cake and it just pops out. There is not mess and no crumbly, uneven layers for your cakes. It makes baking a snap.

I've been looking for cake release pans for sometime, I remember my grandmother usiing them however, hers were much better quality. The spinner is this metal & bends easily but I still appreciate the design. They worked well & cleaning is easy.

The slider is kind of flimsy....mine bent sliding under cornbread. Not sure how I feel about these pans
