This sanding tool is very well made with metal hinges that attach to the sanding disk. The problem was the nut that attaches the disk kept loosening up and the disc would fall off. I fixed this problem by simply adding a small “lock-washer†under the nut before tightening it. Works perfectly now and keeps the disc in placeVelcro underneath holds the 9†sandpaper disks firmly in place. The rubber edge around the disk is slightly larger than the sandpaper disc and keeps the wall from getting nicked up.

Used but like electronic but some jobs require manual. Good product. You have to have a rhythm to used effectively

Anything that makes drywall sanding less laborious is much welcome. Just the 9 inch size, rather than small sanding sponges, is a big time saver. The LED strip is useful in low light areas like basements, but also improves visibility overall which helps to achieve a better result.I agree with the reviewer who suggested to replace the screw that holds the disk in place with a lock washer to avoid loosening.I find this especially helpful for overhead work with ceilings.The only thing I can think of to improve this is a strong clip to hold a dust collection hose.

This works great! The led light helps in low light situations like a basement.
