These filters are designed to fit in a dehumidifier. I do not own this dehumidifier but I did buy them for my DIY room air filtration rig. The quality of these filters are better constructed than your average HVAC filter. While the MERV 13 rating is stated on the box sticker it is not printed on the filter itself. Also the depth or thickness of the filter material is thinner than a MERV 8 filter but the same as my HVAC MERV 13 filter. So it seems the material thickness does not correspond to thickness but rather density. Overall it functions as I was expecting and a four pack is a better value than individual filters.

Much needed for our under house dehumidifier. Good price too.
