I wanted flat head screws to fix my router to the plate and not stick up above the surface. I couldn't find anywhere what size screws are needed for Dewalt router. I wasted a lot of time looking through all my machine screws and finally ordered this machine screw assortment. This has stainless flat head screws phillips head in different lengths and diameter and I found the screws that would fit the router. I first ordered the M2, M2.5, M3 box but, too small for much of anything and took an alan wrench.Amazon's selection of machine screws is rather difficult to sift through and I was lucky to order the right kit on the second try.

The bolts are very good, the nuts thread on smoothly but there is one minor issue: The label that tells us what is in each compartment should be on the inside of the box cover like Kssvzz does it and not on the outside so we have to continually open and close the cover. Otherwise the product is great. In my case the parcel arrived with a hole in it where one of the hinges used to be. That is a major disappointment because that case will be my storage location until the contents is gone and it is a real pain to open and get closed again. The bolts, nuts and washers in that area can fall out too. I blame whomever packed the items and allowed them to slide around in the box without restraint. The four stars are for the labeling issue. Product alone is worthy of five stars.

I’m always looking for small nuts/bolts/washers to fix things around the house. This kit should help with that. I really don’t know what I’ll need until something breaks, but now I’ll be ready for it.

This review is for Amazon as much as it is for the kit. I received this assortment in less than 24 hours at my front door. The case seems rigid and all of the hardware did stay in each designated compartment. The hardware appears well made for its intended use. Saving me just 1 trip to a home center looking for a single bolt or nut will have made this order worth it.

The nuts, bolts, and washers are of good manufacture quality. However, the package that they came in was broken and there were bolts scattered throughout the box. Also, putting the nuts and washers in bags, seems like it’s a good idea until you need one of them. Instead of putting them in bags, make an acceptable container!Thanks for reading

I’m a DIYer and like restoring motorcycles. I got to say that this kit has saved me a bunch of money. This kit has had many small hardware that I’ve need for carburetor float bowls, petcocks etc.

These little bolts are great, I have no problems with the hardware itself (other than it would be nice if the washers were a bit bigger). But the plastic case is very fragile and arrived broken, as shown in the pictures. Also, it came with 5 of the M6 x 16 mm bolts missing. I would have still given this a higher rating, but I'm annoyed there's no way of contacting the seller to see if they can make the situation right. My only option is to do a return, which doesn't seem worth my time for 5 bolts and a broken case. So I have deducted one star each for broken case, missing bolts, and lack of communication options.Edit: the seller saw my review and offered a full refund for my purchase without me having to return it. I think this is an example of excellent customer service. I have changed my rating from 2 stars to 4.

Edit: the seller reached out and offered a resolution.Decent assortment, however, the #10-24 bolts are defective. They don't fit the #10-24 nuts whatsoever.
