I bought a water outlet in October it broke 4 months later. I reached out to the seller and they sent me a new one. Plus the new one is an aluminum one which is better than the one that I had bought originally

This one made it from the end of September 2022 to mid-July 2023. So just under 10 months. Catastrophic failure while I was driving, just started dumping coolant everywhere. Got it off and took pics. Looks like the plastic itself was disintegrating and eventually couldn't hold the gasket in place. Fortunately there are companies now making metal replacements so I'll be going to one of those.I should mention that the plastic piece that attaches to the topmost hose and was retained with a clip didn't fit quite right due to not being exactly the right length. But I can't say if that's a problem with this one or the parts that had to be carried over from the one it replaced.

Issue temporarly fixed, gasket does not have much quality ( broke after 6month use, had to replace gasket).
