I have a dark tinted back window. Was difficult to see backing up with standard bulbs. Could hardly see if a black vehicle was behind me when backing up at night. These super bright bulb completely light up the area behind the car as bright as daytime. And for only $9. Almost the same price as dim bulbs. Now I feel safe backing up at night.

My BMW x3 reverse lamp went out on one side. Dealer wanted $30.00 for only one original replacement lamp and IT WAS INCANDECSSANT! Got these two and my wife commented how much brighter and image in rear view camera is 2000% more visible.

These bulbs are very bright. They are easy to install and seemed to last a long time.

Only have had the LEDs in for 2 days now at seem to work great. Plenty bright compared to the oem halogen bulbs, fits great, nice cool color temp, and no errors at the moment. If there are any problems I’ll update this. 4 stars just for the fact that I don’t know how long they’ll last or if I’ll have problems.

I bought these LED bulbs to replace the original bulbs that didn’t output the light needed to see the ground behind our vehicle. The first picture shows the original bulb’s brightness and the second shows the purchased LED’s brightness. I tried every possible configuration between the two left/right sockets, try both my original bulbs, both new bulbs, rotating LED’s 180-degrees (in case polarity mattered). I always got the same dim results. I went to my local auto store and paid the higher price for a similar product, and I now have the full, brighter illumination I was looking for. I hope this was just a bad batch for the sake of other Amazon’rs needing bright bulbs.

Backing into a dark campsite late at night is going to be a lot easier now. This bulb fit my roadtrek perfectly, and is nice and bright.
