I’ve been a Chrysler mechanic for 29 years now. The factory replacement driveshaft is almost $3k. The u-joints are not serviceable, and a driveline company would still charge $300-500 to repair the one bad u-joint. So I got this driveshaft with low expectations of it being a decent quality. Well, it seems to be very well made. I installed it and man, what a difference. No more vibrations or squeaks from the bad u-joint. The only thing is, I wish they sent something with the driveshaft to let you know exactly what the part number is for a replacement u-joint one ever goes bad. Until that happens, I’ll just keep greasing them at every oil change interval.

Not balanced, little to no dampening on the sleeve and absolutely terrible install of probably the cheapest u-joints on the market. Literally evidence of using wire to snug the press fit of the end-caps. Pretty ridiculous but seeing as how the Mopar replacement is well over $1k, and this is priced 1/10th of that... I still give it 2 stars. lol

Applied this to replace the non serviceable stock rear drive shaft and worked great!!

Totally wrong part is advertised says it will fit in a 2007 jeep grand Cherokee right now all wheel drive 3.7 L 8 inches too short not even close to the same size
