This DRAONGYE 9.5 Inch Silicone Fluted Pan is a nice size and has good body for a silicone mould of this size. The inner design is very nice and it’s got substantial handles.The cakes release well, so much easier than a rigid mould.Eventually all silicone cooking products take on an odd taste. It’s important to avoid dish soaps with moisturizers, essential oils, or antibacterial agents. Most silicone products are antibacterial and anti-fungal by nature. Scrubbing them down with lemon juice or vinegar before washing in hot water helps too. If you look online, you’ll find information on how best to clean them.This one didn’t have any unusual taste for me, but we did find it cooked oddly. It’s the first time we’ve used silicone for something as large as a bundt cake, usually it’s much smaller things like muffins, cupcakes, and French financiers. The bottom (top while cooking) ended up browning, but the rest did not. We had to keep giving it more and more time to bake, too, by a lot of time, but it still wasn’t enough to brown it. It’s like it’s not letting the heat through.I don’t know if it’s because we’re not used to cooking in silicone for something this size and maybe the recipe has to be adjusted more, but it’s hard to recommend it based on our experience so far.
