The most useful way to check whether this thermometer fits your grill is to compare it with your original one especially the length of the Probe.

The original thermometer, about 25 years old, for my Genesis grill finally conked out. For a very reasonable price, this looks and behaves extremely close to the original.

This is an exact fit replacement for the thermometer on my Genesis Gold Weber grill with the thermometer on the side. I did the boiling water test and the reading was about 202 degrees or 5% off, so not totally accurate. Write up states that the thermometer is “accurate†but the description does not give an accuracy range, so you cannot tell if it is within tolerance, which would be nice. I contacted the seller to see if the thermometer could be adjusted, but this is not the case. Seller stated that the 10 degree difference could be applied to all future readings. I will test the thermometer every once in a while in the future. Seller responded quickly to my e-mail question. Overall, works for me for the price considering it appears to be an exact match for the original.

My Weber Genesis Silver was a gift back in the late 1990s. Last season, I gave her a full set of replacement parts: burners, grates, igniter, and flavorizer bars. She was just like new....until this spring the thermometer went out. This part fits perfectly into the holder on the front of the grill. Checked temperature against a digital thermometer, and it was +/- 1-3 degrees depending on temp. Perfect replacement, great price.

I’ve had my Weber grill for 24 years now. The thermometer stopped working about 3 years ago and never thought about replacing it until I ran across this while looking for a burner set. The grill is now back to org and love having the thermometer back

This worked and I was able to adapt it to my Weber big the face size and length of the temp shaft was ok but the holding end to the bbq was different I did adapt it with little effort. Some other manufacturers come with a tightening collar on the inside This one should have a adapter like this
