these do not stick! I use a commercial hat press, the adhesive stuck to the hat but the patch fell off

These patches are soooooo cute!!!! But It has taken me over 20 minutes to iron on this patch and it still isn’t fully on my jacket. I thought it was the material of my jacket but all my others patches are going on in 25 seconds.

These patches are nearly impossible to get to stick to hats. And when they do it seems that they don't stick well or come undone.
