Heidi feathers needles were highly recommended by a talented needle felting artist on YouTube, so I ordered them and was excited to use them. When they arrived there were some missing needles. (The description lacks this info, but a reviewer noted that there were 50 needles in total in the super mix) I contacted the company via amazon and they responded apologetically right away & said that the missing needles would be sent right away. I figured it would take the usual 3 weeks to come from the U.K. but they shipped them International priority so they arrived within the week. That's a classy response! So far I have used only a few types, but they seem well made. I'm very happy with the overall value for these quality needles.

This is a really nice set and I like that the rectangular box lets me carry the whole set even in a small bag to travel with a single project.Bonus plus on this order is that it shipped to the US (from the UK) *way* faster than expected. Great service! I’ll be ordering from Heidi Feathers again.

These are very good needles & shipping is much faster than what Amazon predicted. My 8 year old decided she wanted to try needle felting so I bought a cheap kit & let her at it. She was becoming frustrated so I tried felting and quickly noticed the needles were main the problem. I ordered these and her project became much easier. Lesson learned.She made this Paddington for her schools summer project.

Received the needles so soon after they were ordered I was impressed. Needle felting is new to me, after a bit of research decided this sampler pack is the way to go. Very happy so far and having the chart and color coded needles is very helpful.

I love Heidi. My first ever order from her, the bag had a little hole in it and the entire needle case fell out. She immediately sent a new one. Took me about a year to go through those/loss them. Ordered this one since it came it sets of 5 instead of 3. Man I love these needles. I will LITERALLY never buy from anyone else. And I run an etsy shop so I'd like to consider myself as someone who KNOWS about the best of needlefelting supplies. This is it. This is the best right here. Hands down.

I love these needles! I felt everyday and give them a real workout! The superpack provides just the right needle for whatever job I’m doing.
