Fit like a charm. Has more storage space than I thought it would. Don't care for the rubber latches. Put better latches on and it would be worth the price.

Very cheaply made!!! It is easy to install but the ears on the back don't line up with the slots in my bed. The fact that it's lockable doesn't matter since I'm pretty sure you could distort or break it with your bare hands...it's really light weight.
