Your cart is empty.A water level probe in an ice machine monitors how high the water level gets. When enough water enters the trough to reach the water level probe, the probe sends a signal to the control board. This signal shuts off the water inlet valve to prevent the machine from overflowing. Replacing the probe on your commercial ice machine can fix machines that fail to produce ice. Since other faulty parts can cause the same problem, you should check your existing probe to see if it’s dirty or broken before replacing it. The Rayhoor water level probe directly replaces part A39030-021. It offers durability and compatibility with select Scotsman ice machines. Installation Safety Tip: Disconnect your ice machine from its power source prior to the repair. Simply turning the machine OFF isn’t good enough. This part did the trick and was much less expensive than the OEM part. Installation was simple and once installed, the overfilling problem I was experiencing was solved.

The sensor only lasted 2.5 months. The last one that was in the machine lasted over 8 years. Possibly defective but stopped working right after the return was available.
