Purchased this mainly to elevate my diamond art projects off of a flat surface. The glare from my overhead light and the shiny/ sticky backer canvas made it really hard to see the numbers sometimes. Having it raised up helps a lot. BUT, the LED light is a game changer! By backlighting the canvas you can see the numbers and letters clearly and you can see where you have missed one so much more easily.

I really love. Helps doing the diamond at a lot. I did just notice that I did not get binder clips which would be very helpful in holding all sides down.

This item won’t work unless you have your own adapter with input 5v 2A . Most adapters are Input of 5v with .5 or .2A. This light box requires 5V with 2A which is actually very high Amperege for LED lighting of this level. So most of your adapter blocks won’t work with this light box. Once I got the correct adapter it still wouldn’t work so it was a factory defect. I wouldn’t purchase or replace this light box knowing it does not come with adapter

I have been using this to do diamond art painting and it works very well. Lights up to help me see the numbers and symbols on my canvas. I also use a magnifying light in addition to this but it still is very helpful. The easel is pretty useless to me so I use it flat on a table. The easel part is a little cheesy and not very firm.

It is very lightweight, great size and very good quality! I like the brightness and it is excellent for diamond painting! BUT I so wished that the plug was behind the board! Being a lefty the spot it is in…is not great for me. And the clips could be just a tad longer!
