I used these to replace broken wheels on a light weight cart. The wheels are light weight plastic but the bolt is bigger and stronger than the ones used on the original wheel. Since the bolt is larger diameter, I had to drill out the existing hole to allow the bolt to pass through. The wheels come with "nuts" that allow them to be mounted in a wooden leg. Since I was using them on a metal tube frame, I had to buy different nuts and washers to mount the wheels. Got the nuts and washers and the wheels work well. All four wheels have a brake. I only needed maybe two wheels with brakes, but this is not a big deal.

Unfortunately I have to return them for a sizing issue. They are well made, sturdy. They would have been perfect except the shank is too long.

I have an old printer/storage cart that became separated from it's wheels during a recent move. I had no idea there were different stem sizes for replacement wheels. After 2 unsuccessful purchases of standard wheels, I was so glad to see that this particular company had a chart and sold the smaller stemmed wheels. When they arrived I was able to install them immediately and they were the correct ones!I may still come across the missing wheels from my cart once all of my office is fully unpacked, but for now I am able to use my cart with no issues and not damage my hardwood floors!!

I bought these wheels as a backup since I knew these wheels would fit but they tend to only last a few years. I use them on my laundry basket so it's fairly light duty. But I get tired of them breaking so I bought some heavier duty ones which are a bit too high but I'm going to give them a go and then have these in reserve if I can't stand the height problem (it no longer fits under the shelf all the way.)They aren't bad wheels, they just don't have great longevity. The basket goes down a hallway into an elevator, out of an elevator and into the building laundry room once a week or less, so it's not a huge ask to hope they last more than 2 or 3 three years.Depending on what you use them for you may get more out of them than what I have. They are nice enough for light stuff. And they do work well until they break apart. Although I've had to use hot glue on the top of the threads to keep them from unscrewing themselves (didn't have any nuts around that would fit the screws.) And the glue worked well.

Mostly quite good. I did not need to replace the threaded inserts. The gap for the nut when fully inserted was a bit too narrow for my wrench so I could just barely (or not quite) tighten them snug. I'll have to monitor them that they are not coming loose. 1/4 inch feels a little light for even a light-duty rolling cart but that was built into the design of the cart and is not the fault of these replacement casters (but helps explain why the original caster screws were bent).

I purchased the wheels for a side table that i purchased from Amazon a couple of days previously. I would definately purchase again.
