I am very disappointed with the product as well as the warrantee service.The head support is held to the tubular frame by two fastener. The number of fasters and the overall design is simple and effective. The problem I have is with the thread serts that are installed into the back of the head support cushion. One is pushed in so far the faster cannot grab any threads therefore disabling me from assembling this product...So , I can not use it.There was a piece of paper in the package with a number to call for warrantee claims. A voice mail service answers but no one ever followed up with me after I left a message. An email was sent ,but again there has been no response from the distributer.Sadly I have nothing good to say. I am out a few dollars and now I have a piece scrap metal sitting in my room until I can find time send it back?The only reason I shop online is because I haven't time to go shopping otherwise. It takes time to file a complaint. Time to contact a parcel carrier and time to wrap things up again. That time cost me more money than the item did. I am very disappointed in the customer service as well as the overall quality of this product.

I like that this simple machine keeps you in the correct position to really crunch those upper abs!The assembly instructions were not very good but I just looked at the picture of it on Amazon and that simplifies the assembly.

I have mixed feelings. It is easy to assemble, but I am on my second one and it is still not defect free. I received the first one and the headrest had a defect and could not be connected to the frame. The threads where the bolt screw in were loose and fell inside. I wrote to the company thinking it would be better for them to replace the headrest than for me to return the entire product, but I got no reply in 5 days. I returned it and ordered a second one. I received it yesterday and attempted to assemble it. It is simple and should only take 10-15 minutes (I used to be a carpenter). This time the headrest was fine, but one of the other bolts would not screw into the frame. I switched bolts and the problem continued. It appears that the hole was not drilled quite large enough in the frame to receive the bolt. I am going to go to home depot and get a different screw, or I will drill all the way through the frame and make it work with a longer bolt and nut. In the end, I think we will like and use it, but it does not appear to have been made with a high level of quality control.

Der bauchtrainer ist sehr stabil und die Lieferung hat gerade mal 4 Tage gedauert bis nach Ägypten!! Vielen Dank Leute.

It wasn't easy assembling this. Still cldnt assemnle it. The head pad refused to go in. One of the nuts refused to go in and it looks like the item was used anyway. It's going back cos I can't use it without the head pad.
