This is a very unique stretching product that builds muscle and tone to areas you generally don't use. Make sure you your wheel is set moving in the right direction. Arrows are on the middle of the wheel showing your direction of initial travel. Forward first and returning all in a controlled and smooth travel for extending your body. I over stretched myself at first and had to shorten my field of travel to NOT pull or stretch hardly used muscle areas. Once I found my sweet spot where I wasn't pulling a muscle was me doing the right thing. Extending too far is not good. Work up to rolling as far as possible,but not when first trying this, is start small distance stretches and work up to more controlled extensions. I am up to 35 full extensions until I can reach farther. I am babying my movement to work up to the best I can get to for full effect. My body is giving up with abs coming together, and arms supporting the weight load when extending and returning to start position. I make sure the right handle is on the right side of the wheel moving forward and the left handle obviously is on the left side also moving forward. Get the rhythm slowly at first and work up to extending your range of extended travel. Feel what is comfortable to your body untill you know your capabilities to build up an on to a firmer body called tone. See the picture? Start slow and work up to where you feel your body tone coming together. Sometimes a Velcro and wrap will help the process. I endorse this product. I'm 72 and enjoying the wheel. Of course I have another routine with other weight use, but the wheel is a plus. ENJOY 👍

I just bought it and put it together. It’s super easy to assemble and disassemble. I love the feel, seems like a good quality (I bought two different styles and this one is the keeper). It is wider and feels stable, sometimes I have lower back pain after doing such exercise and this one feels easier on your lower back probably because of its width. The wheel has rubber coating and won’t ruin your floors if you planning on using it at home.
