It was easy assembly although I didn't put it together I watched my dad put it together it only took 15 if not 20 mins at the most.

The only reason why I didn't put 5 stars was because it's actually uncomfortable for my knees. It you have thick legs and knees then you might be uncomfortable too...Or maybe it's just me....idk..Other then that it's a good ab machine.I very much DEPISE assembling things because I just don't have the patience and I get too frustrated too fast but to my shock this was very easy to assemble. I would recommend this ab machine to my friends that don't have thick legs/big knees.

Easy to put together, great workout, sturdy, my lower abs burn when I use it. Not bulky, folds up to store away. I use it, my son uses it and my mom even gave it a shot.

The burn sneaks up on you.Easy to use.Easy to put together.I've been using it a little every day. As I said, the burn will sneak up on you, so don't go overboard if you haven't been doing any exercise in awhile- you can guess how I figured that one out.

It's light weight doesn't take up space fits perfectly between couches and really works those stomach muscles. Love it

It’s light and small enough to move around my room. Was easy enough to put together and is a pretty good workout on the core
