I really needed a shoulder rest for my work phone, because it's super hard to take a message down while trying to hold a telephone to your ear. I'm an executive assistant, and I take a lot of messages, let me tell you. It's a crime that my boss didn't buy this for me - but it is what it is, so I bought myself one. I got this one because the shiny outside makes it easy to keep clean - no weird foam spongey holes for germs to get trapped in and then end up back on my face - imagine the break outs. Ick.Anyway, so this AbilityOne Angular Shape Telephone Shoulder Rest is exactly as advertised. It took a minute to figure out positioning, but once I took the paper off the sticker, it stuck really well, and doesn't seem to be in danger of falling off. It keeps my phone where I need it, and makes it way easier to answer the phone and be on the computer at the same time.I imagine if you're on phones 24/7 you'd want a headset, so you don't get a crick in your neck - but for what I do, it works really well.

Very easy to stick on to any office phone. I literally just peeled and stuck it on! I was able to immediately use my phone right after I stuck it on to my office phone too. It helps a bunch when I'm talking to a client and typing at the same time....I no longer have a cramped neck. I've tried wireless headsets but it takes too long to pick up a call but with this device....no change from how my phone operated from before with the exception of my not having to strain my neck anymore.

I work for the government and we recently got a new phone system. I had a telephone receiver - shoulder rest for years, but it would not work on this new, sleek receiver. I was skeptical of this shoulder rest working, but I put it on today. It works great!

I bought this for work, because, everyone knows a company won’t fork out for this. My neck is SAVED!!! I love it so much. My neck was KILLING ME! I hate it doesn’t come in white or beige, but it is a work phone — so who cares? Right? This is worth every dollar I paid!

The item looks like it has been used and it came sealed in its package. The edges are worn where the rest of the neck saver has a decent shine to it. The packaging did not appear to be damaged or anything, just the product was damamged.

Great product works like advertised and allows me to hold my work phone while typing without straining my neck to do it. I only complain I have is that the sticky adhesive is almost too strong I put mine on a little crooked and there is no removing it to reposition it. so once you place it on your console it's pretty much permanent which makes me a little nervous when it starts to get damaged that I won't be able to take it off and replace it
