- Please pay attention to the correct installation angle, as an incorrect installation angle can reduce the load-bearing strength of the suspension eye bolt.

- Working load limit is very dependent on the angle of the force applied. If strain is along axis of the eyebolt then load is 1000 lbs max. Move the line of force by 20 degrees and the rating drops by 20% to 800 lbs.

- If it is used to support items with lower stress, it can be installed at any angle.

- For ease of installation, it is recommended to drill a 8mm pilot hole (If pilot holes are not drilled, installation is still possible, but it may cause the wooden beam to crack or the installation direction to be uncontrollable)

These bolts are an extremely good value. Exceptional quality as the are very low magnetically. Thus the metal used in their manufacture is 316 or above.

One pair I used to hold up my pull-up bar, attached to the joist in the ceiling worked perfectly. Now I can do pull-ups with confidence. The second pair I used to hold up my hammock. So I can enjoy my backyard, napping, seeing nature enjoying my pond.

These are even bigger and more useful than anticipated. I can bolt two or more of them to a stud in the wall and run a cable lock through them to keep thieves from taking my valuables.

It's quite long so make sure you have enough space to install. Had to buy a large enough drill bit to make it work on my wood posts. Looks really nice once installed and held up my hammock with no visible stress at all.

I like the 316 stainless steel the down side it doesn't say max wight capacity.
