After having completed workouts without this product I can say it is well worth the purchase. I have ended up with rug burn/brush burn near my tailbone that lasted over a week after doing a sit up workout. Not only does this stop the brush burn, it also allows me to add challenge to my core by getting through a bigger range of movement than just doing exercises on the floor. I have also used it when practicing handstand push ups and yoga inversions. It is comfortable to use and seems to have a durable design. Highly recommend!

High quality. Can tell it's made in the USA. More than just for working out abs. Can do tons of physical therapy and thoracic mobility/hunched spine and rounded shoulders work with it.

Great quality AbMat. Helps with the obvious ab work, saves your tailbone but I mainly to use it when doing any hip flexor stretching or half kneeling pressing. The AbMat saves my knees. Strikes the right balance between being firm and soft. This version of the mat is my favorite too (I have several).

I had lower limbar surgery many years ago. Sit ups were often awkward and occasionally painful from the pressure near my tailbone. The abmat takes care of that! I can now get a proper ab workout the anxiety about causing damage to my back. It's extremely well made and sturdy as well! So thankful I found it!

With the purchase of the Abmat, I feel empowered to increase my core training because it takes the presure off of my back & hips, and instead targets my abs. The foam material provides just the right balance of comfort yet firm cushion.Definitely worth the price!

I was really interested to try the "Abmat" brand of abmat. Most I use at the gym are either rock-hard or completely flat and provide no support. This one is perfect! It provides the perfect level of support and is supportive enough to work well for situps.
