Good quality ABS. The typical smooth on one side, textured veneer on the other. Cuts well, heats and reshapes well too without a lot of shrinkage.

This is way thicker than i needed. I bought it to use in a vaccum box to make a replica but even with a 6hp shop vac it is wayyyyy to thick for vaccum forming.

I wanted to make ABS Slurry out of this by desolving chunks of it in Acetone and using it to repair my motorcycle fairing and other car parts made of ABS.Even a couple of weeks soaked in acetone, the chunks have only swelled up, and stirring with a screwdriver is also not helping in the dissolution. All other characteristics physical properties given in the description seem to be accurate though.

Used it to replace the instrument panel facing on my boat. Worked great and easy to work with and cut. I liked that one side is smooth and the other side has a light texture.

The material itself is good quality and the size was accurate at 12x16 inches exactly, but evidently these boards were not stored properly as the edges on all six of them appear to have been compressed under an extremely heavy weight and damaged, so I can't use any of them.
