I have a very similar Helleberg mouthpiece for my B&S CC tuba, which requires a Euroshank. I wanted basically the same mouthpiece, with a regular 'American' shank for a Besson Eb tuba I use in a British style brass band. What a bargain! This turned out to be nearly identical to my nameless copy of an 'original' Helleberg. In turn, that makes this very similar - if not identical - to the Conn 7B Helleberg. The plating is really good, and the rim was flawless. What's not to like!

This product is great because of its cheapness, but the tone leaves a little to be desired and the feel of it is slightly off from the classic helleberg. Buy like 2 of these if you're forgetful/know you lose your mouthpieces a lot.

Son plays trumpet in a collegiate band. Wanted to play Tuba for fun. Works great on his Contra and is no different then mouth pieces many of the others use. To make it easier to open the box, I drilled a hole in the bottom to break the vacuum. A lot easier to open now.

Yep, it's a tuba mouthpiece. As a high brass player, all tuba mouthpieces look the same to me with regards to cup size, depth, etc; but I can say with confidence that this is in fact a mouthpiece for a tuba. Seems legit.

As a trumpet player primarily, I just needed a tuba mouthpiece to jump in when needed. This was perfect for me because it wasn't super expensive, and the quality seems good so far!
