I have a 2006 Chevrolet Suburban 4x4 (5.3 Liter) with 210K miles on it. The traction control and ABS feature started acting up. When pulling out from a stop, the traction control started kicking in, and instead of "taking off" from the stop, it was like dropping an anchor. Not good if you are trying to pull out into heavier traffic. After a little investigation, several folks suggested the sensors were going bad. If you are used to doing basic maintenance on your car, these are fairly easy to replace. You do need to pull the wheels and brakes off, but its not much more difficult that doing a brake job.Ultimately this fixed my issue. Well worth the money and time it took to fix this myself. I got the rear set just in case, but these were the ones that resolved my issue.

Time will tell regarding the durability of these sensors. However, given the price, if they last anything close to the 1/4 million miles that the stock sensor lasted, I will be quite happy.

I forgot to check the shim depth. Just remember to check how many shims might be needed. This fixed my error codes!
