This lock has been great and works exactly as advertised. You just press on the end with the app open and the lock will unlock. You charge it via USB C. You can also see the parked location of your bike/the lock from the app.

It will not charge, and dosen't operate properly.

Wouldn’t unlock once. Wrote customer service, and they never wrote back. Now it won’t unlock at all. Tried plugging it in to charge it. Nothing happens. Customer service still won’t respond. So angry right now.

En théorie ce bloc-disque coche toutes les cases, dans la pratique c'est autre chose. Premier acheté en janvier tombe en panne en aout, le second, acheté en aout tombe en panne en septembre (impossible de réparer). Heureusement les deux fois le bloc disque n'était pas verrouillé sur le disque ! Conclusion, grosse déception et changement pour une autre marque !
