Skeptical at first, the unit just works flawlessly. Adjustment range is set with *25 turn* trimpots! Easy to set exactly what you want for both on and off time. Comes with wire nuts (including a spare one) mounting screws, and two extra fuses. I used it to blink an LED panel. This is not the cheap Chinese junk one typically sees at Amazon. Highly recommended. Paid for product, no affiliations with Amazon or company.

I got an historic four way stop blinking stop light for my museum. It didn’t blink. This flashing module worked perfect. Adjustable and easy to install. The light is really cool.

I really like the functionality and adjustability of this device. Overall, I would have given it 5 stars, however, there is one thing that turns me off and could be an issue with its use. In the instructions it states that it can't be used in totally enclosed areas. I was planning on using it in a PVC box on the middle of a PVC conduit run. According to the instructions I shouldn't do that. So where can I install it where it's not totally enclosed. Also, it's not to be used in damp or wet areas. Again, I was using it in a small concrete enclosure that is subject to moisture as the structure isn't heated or air conditioned. So, three stars for good device but poor application possibilities.

Easy to wire and with the multi turn variable resistors was able to get the exact time on and time off. So good I bought another
