The connection worked, but only after I hand fit different sized AC o-rings on fittings.

Do not buy. Avoid! The hole drilled through one of the fittings is not even close to center, as well as multiple burrs at the sealing surface. I am far from a stranger when it comes to custom machined parts and machine shops. This is purely a lazy/loose setup in the jig and lazy QC/cleanup.

The inside of the fittings are supposed to be machined to fit the AC male end and seat the O ring. Could not fit the hoses into the fittings because they were not machined correctly and the hose would only go in about 1/4”.

Machined incorrectly which caused leaks. Wasted a few cans of Freon figuring that out.
