Chrome is perfect and an exact match to the OEM side by side only with better looks being chrome. Solved the voltage problem I had been hunting down for a while. Was delivered before the expected date and box was in perfect shape. When I opened it, the plastic clip that holds the connection plug to the bottom of the regulator was broke. Not really a big deal, nothing a nylon zip tie didn't take care of. I didn't see that a big enough problem to try to exchange seeing it works perfect after I installed it on my 02 ultra. Product is better then expected and paid $40 less then I found anywhere else online.

If I could I would give a 0 star rating. Shipping took a full 15 days - it took 5 days before starting it's journey. The Voltage regulator arrived with NO PACKING SLIP. It arrived with the factory sealed bag cut open open. Also the positive wire should have had a yellow eye end on it, instead it had 1/4" exposed wire with a black eye end in a separate bag for me to attach. The negative wire did have the proper black eye end. The real kicker was that after a professional install my 03 Ultra Classic still only showed 11 volts. Very poor, very poor.
