As a legal professional, I’ve used pretty much every form of organizational and filing system out there throughout the years. But my personal favorite are these expanding filing systems! I write on the front of them what is inside and organize them by theme (ie, taxes, bills, property) and this is how I stay on top of everything happening in my life! These are the best prices that I’ve found and they hold up extremely well! I find they are the perfect size of capacity because I can carry them back and forth for use without needing help and can easily label the sections for quick access!

I worried after I'd ordered this accordion file that 1) the top would not cover the contents when the file was fully extended and 2) that one reviewer claimed 8 x 11" paper would not drop down fully into the pockets. I'm happy to say that the cover folds over beautifully, not only when the file is empty but also when it is very full. I will use if for organizing a gazillion knitting patterns and related stuff. ALL IN with room for more! I do hope the container really is plant-based, I don't want to add more plastic someday to the earth.I was so sure this wasn't going to work that I ordered something different in addition to this one. I believe that both units will help me to get organized and tidy, and stay that way!

His is a 12 month letter-size expand file in a soft pale blue and cream inside. The material is outstanding. I’ll be back for more. Thank you!

It doesn't really open like the picture shows ..the pic shows a box . Mine will not open box like and stay open it's really flat and collapses easy.

I love it! I put all my files in this folder and I at least know where everything is and not putting them in binders anymore. A life saver ngl.
