I can't remember the last time I bought something that immediately improved my life, and I'm surprised this little thing did just that. I sort of had a filing system before getting this, but not a good one. I had a lot of paper clutter in various places, and it was difficult to sort through and keep track of it. Enter this lovely accordion folder to change my life.First, it's very pretty. I got this in pink because I like pink, and I thought it would be more enjoyable to have a bright color folder for mundane documents, and I was right! I just love looking at this, it's nice to have something necessary in my home that isn't an eyesore. I leave it out on my desk and I'm happy to see it there. And to be honest, if it wasn't nice to look at, I wouldn't want to interact with it as much, and I might put it away somewhere and forget about it and never use it -- so it's practical, and even essential, for me to get something I think looks good. It also comes with a large sticker on the back which I easily pulled off and left no residue.Second, it's very useful and easy to use! It's exactly as simple as it looks, just open the top and put in or pull out whatever papers you need. It comes with labels that are alphabetical, but I flipped them around to write my own labels on the white backs.Once I had a place for papers to go, this immediately helped me clear up my paper clutter. I now have a small pile of papers to recycle and others to shred, and just the important stuff - including stuff that will be unimportant as soon as I follow up on it - is all neatly filed. I've never had my papers really organized before and it feels great. And I can throw out the ugly single folders that were passed on to me that I hated using because they were ugly to look at. Yeah, aesthetics matter.Overall, fully recommend. This is an amazing shade of pink and it's really useful, and I'll be happy to continue using it.

i like it! but I thought i already reviewed it???...recommended. looks like cardboard but is not. Sturdy and w a matte finish...doesn't look "cheap". Very functional.

It’s what I wanted, for the amount and number of categories I needed to file, in a brightly colored folder I can find and won’t get lost in a mess. Pretty perfect, except you might want to know some things before you pick this. It can’t stand on its own. Filing or finding a paper becomes a little more difficult, it’s better if you lay it flat on a table. I always feel like all my papers are going to slide and fall out when I’m trying to find something. It works how it is just fine, it keeps my papers, but it’s kind of awkward while actively filing or pulling something you need out of it.
