I quickly needed a test indicator for my home shop. This fit the bill perfectly. It's smooth and measurements are repeatable. I cannot speak to its absolute accuracy, as my old test indicator is currently not fucntional. It's working well for relative measurements.

At first I was skeptical as I am a CNC Machinist by trade and need quality indicators. These work great and have passed yearly inspections from quality, I’d highly recommend!

Works fine, good value for the money. However the large dovetail post supplied with the dial indicator would not tighten all the way making it wobble on its axis. Not the kind of quality control you want on a indicator that reads in .0005" Had to try and use smaller post which is at the lower limit of the mill chuck. Looks like it just wasnt threaded far enough down to tighten.

Excellent product. If you need a test indicator to get you in the door at any shop, this is going to serve you very well. This indicator has agreed with every indicator it's been compared with so far, including but not limited to:>Various Starrett indicators>A MItutoyo indicator>Brown and Sharpe BestTestThe only gripe I have is so minor I feel bad to even include it: the small dovetail mount was very nearly incompatible with my Noga base, but after monkeying around with it I did manage to make it fit. The screw-on adapter was immediately compatible.If you are just starting out, please give this a try. I had reservations about it, but it turned out well for me and I'm sure it will work for you as well.

Have not used it yet but its super small. I was expecting the full size version. Out of the tiny box its looking very cheaply made. not a lot of arm swing and the dial is the size of a nickel. I will try it out but the picture was deceiving and I did not notice it was so small.

Good indicator for it's price. Feels cheap in quality (as their other products) compared to Starrett and Mitutoyo but gets the job done, already tested. The box could be better though, I'm just curious how many times it'll be able to open/close before breaking.Recommend!

I bought this on a whim. It doesn't have the same feel as the usual expensive name brands but that's to be expected.Overall it works very well.I would recommend it over any other lower price test dial
