Accusize 3/4" Self-lock Carbide Cut-off Tool Set
This cut-off tool kit is a time-saver. The block, blade holder, works with any toolholders that can hold 3/4" (AXA) lathe turning bits.

NCIH26-3 and NCIH26-4 Adjustable Blade
- Blade marked with vernier increasing line in 32nd
- The material of the blade body is standard spring steel, which is 60Si2Mn (equivalent to the American steel ASTM9260). The Rockwell hardness after hardened is HRC40.
- Chemical Composition:
- C (0.56~0.64)
- Mn (0.60～0.90)
- Si (1.50～2.00)
- Cr (≤0.35)
- Ni (≤0.35)
- Cu (≤0.25)
- P (≤0.035)
- S (≤0.035)
GTN-3 and GTN-4 Carbide Insert (Grade C6)
- Grade C-6: a general-purpose grade for cutting all steel and stainless steels
- TiN coated for extra strength at higher speeds
- Width of NCIH26-3: 0.120"; NCIH26-4: 0.160"
- We also supply the inserts separately for the tool kit to cut aluminum (GTN-3 Inserts: 2403-8004x5 OR GTN-4 Inserts: 2403-8005x5) and stainless steel(GTN-3 Inserts: 2403-6004x5 OR GTN-4 Inserts: 2403-6005x5).

Best parting tool I have bought on Amazon. Parted a Russian Saiga 12 hammer forged chrome lined barrel, clean as can be. I also parted a 1-1/2†6061 aluminum round bar like butter. I normally use HSS 5/8x1/8 blade.

Im a beginner in machining metal but all I know is after I watched a utube on how to set these up properly they cut really good. I have parted two inch cold rolled steel like nothing.

I just received my parting tool. So I had to get it on the lathe and cutting because I’ve had a part in the lathe waiting on it.Likes - it arrived quickly, cuts very well, the items arrived intact and unused.Dislike - 1 of the carbide GTN4 tips was broken in the package and what I mean by broken is that it had a huge chip out of the body of it. It appears to me that it was missed when it was new and packaged in the case and the chipped side was down so it wasn’t noticeable until I picked it up and flipped it over. Maybe they will replace it, who knows.Other than that I like Accusize tools.

Great tool for the price. Inserts are identical to Shars brand. Inserts alone are $60 from shars so holder and tool are only $50 well worth it. It’s no iscar but for the price it’s great

Sadly, I received clearly used components. There are two parts to this, first, I paid for new components, I expect new components. Second, and far more important, I have no information on how thise may have been used or abused. Is it reliable, had it been damaged or crashed. If used improperly, the blade which holds the insert may no longer retain them securely.

I have been using HSS in my parting tool with limited success.Bolted this on set up the height and we were parting !I would recommend this.

Works well. The removal tool / method for the inserts is a little finicky but for the money it seems well made.

I had to mill the bottom off to 3/4" and mill .100" off the lower edge of the slot in my quick change tool holder to get it low enough to work. But it works good.
