Perfect fit for the AC Delco thermostat. The gasket is indexed to match the indexing on the thermostat. Make sure the gasket orientation is correct on the thermostat and that the orientation is correct when the thermostat is installed in the water pump.

This fit my original equipment thermostat in my 2006 GTO.No leaks so I'm happy.I don't understand why the OEM thermostat doesn't come with a gasket but at least this is cheap.

It fits thermostat 131-156. I have had no leaking since I installed it 2 weeks ago. The only thing that would make it better would be if it came with the thermostat like the 131-160.
