Ordered 2 of these. Only needed one, but thought the other should be replaced since alignment needed done anyway. Took about 1.5 hrs to do both. Had to cut the old ones out as the bolt started turning trying to get yhe nut off, and counted the number of turns to install the new ones. They look just like the original ones that I took off. Car drove pretty good. I replaced all the struts and sway bar links earlier and now these. Getting aligned tomorrow.

The shipping was fast and the product fit the vehicle appropriately. I am a bit concerned, as I am an automotive expert, that this tie rod was a bit shorter than the original which has led to far less threads attaching the inner to the outer. It seems to be performing as expected, but I had to set the toe on our alignment rack as the length dimension was drastically different than the original (about 1/2"). Similarity in size is why I purchased the ACDelco tie rod in hopes that it would be similar in dimension to the OEM unit I removed. I would probably still purchase it again even with the difference in dimensions. While the car was on the rack I found some surprising rear alignment angles that had to be addressed anyway.

They have the same exact feel as the O.E.M. ones. They fit perfectly in my 2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LT 3.5 V6. The Original ones that came with the car, were sealed, these have a lube nozzle that you can add grease, which is better in my opinion. YOU NEED A GREASE GUN TO ADD GREASE, I Coudent feel any grease in there it felt empty, after I pumped it with grease it felt more firm, like it was full. The OEMS were around 90 dollars and very hard to find, these were cheaper, and as long as you keep adding grease..lets say once every 6 months they should last longer. The ones I changed out had 220,000 miles on them and they were in bad shape, the rubber was tore on the outside and there was no grease on the inside---they had more of a direct feel...becuase of how bad they were, these new ones feel much softer when you turn the wheel..there's less road feel.

Yes, it's an exact fit replacement. (Here's a tip - I used it on a 2012 Chevrolet Impala. To remove the old & broken tie rod end I needed a hacksaw to cut it off instead of the tool to pop loose a ball joint)
