This product was a perfect fit and it was very simple to remove the old filter and install this new one. As for tools, I used a socket with a swivel. Along with a short extension and ratchet.Cleaning around the area where the cap screws on, before removal helps keep any unwanted dirt out of the engine Also when installing, apply a small amount of clean motor oil around the threads and Oring seals before you reinsert the filter and cap assembly and.be carful not to pinch or bind the orings.Check for leaks afterward and that's it.

I liked the packaging and for the money its worth as this includes the black cap as well which is better then any other sellers there who only sell the filter for twice the price.
