Easy install, about 15 minutes total on an '08 Equinox. Tightened the belt back up and the annoying clicking sound went away..Looks and feels like the OEM part. Do yourself a favor and buy (or borrow from auto parts store) the Serpentine Belt Tool. Would be almost impossible without it, this tensioner has a very powerful spring! Only 4 stars because it only has around 200 miles of use so far, so durability is unknown.

Exactly as the original. It stopped the noise and fixed the loose belt problem. I changed it myself too in less than 30 minutes.

I bought this on Oct. 9, 2021 and had installed the same week. Worked great and took away the annoying chirping noise I was hearing from the old one. Today is Nov. 23, 2021 and the pulley has already began to rattle! Now, I will have to buy a new one and have installed again in less than 2 months.

Muy buen tensor, mejor que el original, pero no es ACDelco, es Gates, deberÃa quitarle una estrella por eso y porque cuesta más que el que es vendido como marca Gates, pero funciona y ahora que lo se, si llego a necesitar otro, lo compraré directamente a Gates.
