I installed these ACDelco Professional 45G1673 bushings on 36mm diameter front sway bar (15713265) on a 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500 5.3L V8 2wd. These bushings were initially slightly taller (1/4"-1/2") than the original sway bar bushing however they compressed down perfectly when torqued to the recommended 24 ft-lbs. I used a very thin coat of white lithium grease however this probably isn't required. Great replacement part for this application! Hope this helps!

I use AC Delco's website to find the OE part # and then usually Amazon has the cheapest price. These sway bar bushings fit great and got rid of the dreaded creaking in my 2007.5 (08-13) silverado. Clean area on the bar and apply silglide or superlube inside the bushing. Been good for 30k miles so far.

Take your time removing the bolts. I added spray lube on top. Let it penetrate. Used a breaker bar, gently and repeatedly rotate 1/4 turn. Once I had the bolts unscrewed a little bit, I sprayed lube between the mount and the frame so the lube would get on the bolt threads from that location. More forward / back movement until bolts had taken some lube onto threads. I discovered the bolts were fairly corroded so used a wire wheel brush to clean them. Then i put lots of anti-seeze on them. Used Redline CV grease on contact points between bushing and bar. Fit gr8. They are split so you can spread and push them over the sway bar.

Had to do some searching because I could not find the right size for my GMC Sierra. Every auto parts store told me I had a aftermarket sway bar but I know I do not. Good quality over all.

Perfect fit for our 2007 Chevy avalanche. The correct circumference for the sway bar. Recommend. PS... the mount bolts could break on removing the old part, be prepared for machinist skills.
