I recently purchased a second peripheral monitor to make studying a bit easier. My Acer laptop, however, only has one HDMI port and no Thunderbolt USB-C. I needed something simple, without a bunch of different ports as I will only be using this for its HDMI port. This Acer hub works well for a simple setup. I hooked it up as soon as I received it today, and it was up and running within seconds. I do notice a slight flicker once in a while, something that was occurring even before adding the second monitor. Seeing as I was dealing with it before, I'm not bothered enough to do anything more. I can't speak on its durability because I've literally been using it for about 10 minutes, but I really appreciated its ease of setup and use. Some reviews have mentioned it giving out after less than a year. I decided to go ahead and take the chance as this is a budget-friendly alternative to many others and suited my simple setup well. I hope it lasts.

I’ve been very happy with the compact nature of this adapter. Sleek and convenient, this has worked perfectly for me. I often deliver public presentations, and this device is always with me. With this, I know I’ll be able to connect with nearly every system.

HDMI out works with my M1 MacBook Air, but not with my iPhone 16 Pro.USB input and PD passthrough works with both my M1 MacBook Air and my iPhone 16 Pro. Swap out this adaptor (using the same HDMI cable and display) with the official, expensive, Apple Branded adaptor and HDMI out works just fine with my iPhone 16 ProPrice was right, came with an annoying sticker on the adaptor that I had to use Goo Gone to remove.Would have rated it lower if the price wasn't so low, considering the HDMI doesn't work on my iPhone 16 Pro.

Bought it for my Dell XPS which only has 2 USB C ports. I needed the HDMI for my larger screen, C port to charge and the USB port to plug the wireless mouse in. I did not know the mouse would not work on the dongle. So far it works for everything else, but not the total solution I need.UPDATE: Garbage! My computer shows an error that a low power device may cause laptop to run slower or with issues. Sure enough, my screens were painting, the spreadsheet looked blurred, mouse was going slow. I unplug the acer and plug the power cord right into the laptop and all the issues disappeared. It's not even over 30 days and the manufacturer will not even exchange it!

Ich verwende es vor allem zum Anschluss von HDMI-Kabeln für Präsentationen über separate Monitore. Das funktioniert prima mit meinem MacBook.
