excellent for rehabbing after surgery or just strengthening your arm. The fit is great, they fasten securely, and they are comfortable. Got this to rehab for a shoulder surgery. Really happy with the product.

I have arthritic hands and sometimes I can’t grip lightweight dumbbells so I thought I would give these a try. They work better than I thought they would, easy to use, good quality, Velcro hold is firm. Weight is just enough to tone my arms. No more struggles for my arm workouts.

The concept of these utilizing the thumb loop is great - other wrist weights I've tried that just strap around your wrist tend to slip and loosen as I walk or run. The thumb look helps the weights stay put and distribute the weight evenly. The only deduction in stars is that I wish the fabric covering would be detachable from the weights? They get VERY sweaty and stained, and the only way to wash is by hand with a scrub brush since I assume you certainly can't throw the whole thing in the wash. A minor concern - it probably isn't very realistic to have the fabric be removable, but just be aware that you'll need to hand wash/scrub on a regular basis

does not fit well over watch/fitbit. I got these to boost the work out for kick boxing. I usually use 1 pound hand weights, and the wearable weight seemed like a good idea, but they shift while punching and don't fit well over my fit bit. They were also too big for my 5.5 inch diameter wrists.

Snug fit unlike my others that would slide during kickboxing workout. Alllow a little extra time to put on due to the bar/large Velcro area…worth it! Pretty color added bonus. Would buy again!

The product is not as shown In picture . Velcroe is attached the wrong way on it so cannot be fastened to your arm and the weights are also sewn in opposite to the picture . They can not be removed to adjust the amount of weight .
