I thought I honestly got the smaller size the large one is huge!!!? It's really big and full with the palm ashes I do like that it has a plastic stopper under the lid to hopefully keep from spilling everywhere but also comes in a plastic bag

If you are looking for an alternative for palm ashes, these ashes will do the job for the imposition on Ash Wednesday. According to the manufacturer these will impose 500 people and I can’t speak to that since we are a small church. The ashes went on easily and they also washed off easily from my fingers afterwards. They left a traditional sign of the cross on people’s foreheads and did not smear it scatter on the ground. I could recommend this product!
