Customer service is terrible. Tried to work out with them to send 2 devices (I had 3 burnt devices, 2 I still have in possession) and get it repaired or exchanged for one! Almost 12 emails and reminder emails were sent with no reply. Called them and the gentleman said, "we are a billion dollar company and we have reached here because we have great product and don't take them back". I did tell him that light usage has cost me three devices in 5.5 years, and these devices are not cheap considering the value they provide!There are much more cheaper and value based products in the market now... Problem I think is that Acuant played as GOD due to monopoly; had all the EMR companies eating out of their hand and probably bribed them with cash / kind as well. All these EMR companies pushed ONLY acuants for almost a decade.In summary - Garbage product and too costly. Poor Customer Service. Better alternatives available now.
