The door worked perfect. I used it at my rental property to access my plumbing to my outside faucet. No need to cut holes in the wall to repair plumbing. Access door is a great improvement. Easy to install!

Positives - it's metal, hinges seem ok, and it's the right size for what I need (valves under tub)Negative - they applied thick layed of paint to EVERYTHING. It wasn't completely locked upon arrivalIt's no wonder, there was too much paint for it to close. I lubricated it and with a large blade screw driver I was able to break the paint seal.It won't completely lock because of the thick paint. I'm sitting here trying to scrape paint off those surfaces so it will lock. Not exactly how I planned to spend my timeThey could have taped that area before painting. This just tells me they went as cheap as they could
