This was easy to install by myself , It works better than the original that was very expensive and always draining batteries! I'm very happy , my best purchase so far through Amazon!

Bought this product, and noticed the temperature display on the remote was about four degrees off, i.e., it registered a higher temperature. I returned it and received a new one, only to find that the second remote was also about four degrees off. I appreciate that the company promptly sent me a new one, but it's unfortunate that it still registered the wrong temperature.

All I had to do was insert batteries and point to gas logs and "poof" , the logs were lit.Great purchase and about $25.00 below dealers price>

Seemed pretty straightforward to replace our old one with a new one and it was. However, the item we received was broken (it happens). When I returned it, I was issued a refund and charged a restocking fee. The item they sent me was defective, proved by a professional installer, and I have not been able to get a full refund. Very disappointed in this company at the moment.

well I noticed that the price of the item was actually $97.00 and it was priced at $157.00 Can. then I had to pay approx. $30.00 in Duty which made it approx.$200.00 Canadian which I thought was a little steep as I believed the actual price was with everything included.
