Career fine dining server/bartenderI recognize that everyone in the restaurant biz haz their own way to write down guest orders. These books work well for me. The lines offer enough space to write order for a 4-5 top with apps and entrees. Plenty of space to write down annoying modifiers.The paper is great to write on. Like good card stock. About as thick as a business card.The perforation on the top is easy to “rip†off if you need.The pages are lined and detailed to keep your mangled writing organized. Easy transfer to micros or even straight to the kitchen

These are hard to find at a good price point. They are thick enough to hold up well and have firm cardboard which I like a lot.These are my favorite, and if I find them at a good price point I’m always sure to pick them up in bulk!

I use these for my business and order them religiously. Perhaps I should find a most cost effective way to purchase them in bulk but for now, this works. They are sturdy, get the job done and are a good price from what I’ve seen thus far.
