Thick durable paper! Even if it gets wet they don't get all soggy and shred. Price is awesome! 10/10Pens write smoothly on them as well. I love how it has places for the table number and number og guest as well. That is a HUGE help when your entering orders in. Less you have to remember when your back at the computer. Love it!!!

I've used these for years for grocery shopping lists. I keep one in the kitchen with a pen. I jot down items I need to buy as soon as I realize I need them. Much faster than opening a phone app. When I head to the store, I tear off the list, fold it, and stash it in my back pocket. The paper is distinctive in look and size, so I always know what is my shopping list. The paper is sturdy enough to last through a shopping trip. It's also fibrous enough that I can fish it out by feel when I have receipts or cash stuffed into the same pocket. If there's something on the list that I can't find, I can tear the edge of the paper on that line to remind me to put it on a new list. One modification I make is to tear off the bottom tabs whenever I start a new pad. This makes the pages a little more compact. I recommend this eccentric shopping list method!
