What a simple yet genius invention to make knitting in the round more fun! These little contraptions are a game changer, especially if you have hand pain. No more inflexible needles poking all over the place. It does feel different, so it takes some getting used to, but I’m never going back. Also, the two ends of each needle have a different tip style, so you can test drive the different Addi tips and use whichever you prefer. I didn’t think I’d like their lace tips, but now that I’ve tried them, I’m sold.

Knit socks fairly regularly and am still divided between the new tiny circulars and these flexi needles. These seem to give a little more space to work on. Excellent needles. I've bought 0-3.

Extremely comfortable to use. I invested a nice sum into ChiaGoo the shorties set. Tried to love them but they weren't comfortable for me personally. I do have the red lace Chiagoo full set and I love it. But for small circumferences the shorties set turned out to be not a solution for me. I've been contemplating to try the flexible dpn's for quite awhile. Decided finally and I am very happy I did. Very easy to use and super comfortable. I'm on my way to finish the sleeves of a baby romper. The speed of knitting is great. I knitted the legs with the shorties and it was very uncomfortable and frustrating. I will definitely buy every size as I need per project until I have the full set.Highly recommend!!

I knit with smaller flexi flips but much prefer these. The longer needle really reduces hand tension while knitting. Flexi Flips are much less fiddly than multiple DPNS for sock knitting. I do revert to DPNS for sock toe and gusseet sections.

This is like DPNS and magic loop had a baby, in a good way. I don't like fiddling with DPNs, so I usually use magic loop for toes. But I also don't like the extra cord in my way. This is way better! Easy to set up my stitches and start knitting, even with small stitch counts (like baby socks or newborn hats). Just like DPNs or magic loop, I can knit my entire sock with one method.

I was not able to use these needles thought they were made very well. I had no trouble with double pointed needles. These just didn't make my knitting easier. Some people really love them...personal choice.

This was my second experience using flexible double pointed needles (I tried the OTHER brand last time) and it was so much more enjoyable with these Flexiflips! They are very comfortable to hold and don’t cause numbness in my hand while knitting socks like my long metal circulars. I really like that they have two different tips… a more blunt and a more pointy end so you can decide which works best for your yarn. It does take a little getting used to to find your rhythm and process with these, but once you get the hang of it you can fly through your knitting. The only thing I would say is to double check the mm sizing when you order the needles you want. The US needle sizes didn’t correspond correctly to the mm sizes (i.e. size US 1 was listed as 2.5mm or something, but a US size 1 is actually 2.25mm). By ordering the correct mm size, I got the size 1 needles I wanted and they were great!

It's nice to have needles where I'm not no longer constantly worried about stitches falling off the tips. There is definitely a limit on number of stitches though before this becomes an issue again, which I should have expected. As advertised they are more comfortable than regular dpns to hold, especially with smaller needles such as the 2.5 mm. They seem well made but I'm guessing I will still need to be gentle with them to avoid breaking them at the connection point, which seems like it endures alot of force. I just got them so we'll see.If you don't have many stitches relative to the needle (ie if the number on each dpn doesn't span the entire length of the needle), they still work fairly well by having the current stitches up near the tip, and the other needle's stitches in the middle of the dpn where it's flexible. I'm skeptical though about long term longevity.
