*Update - I have been using this bench 3-4 times a week since ordering and it is great! The only thing is that the bench pad has a slight wiggle to it but may just need tightening as weight has been placed on it (200body weight with 235 on the bar), but that is getting very bit picky as it is a very slight wiggle. I am very pleased with this purchase!I just got the bench at about 11:30 and after moving, unboxing, and putting it together, it is now only 1:15. Very simple building process and comes with multiple wrenches to make sure you have the tools needed to put together. It seems very solid and not wobbly when lying back on the bench. It adjusts easily and the pins spring click into place when adjusting position, so no need to push them in. I didnt have any issues with bolts or nuts not fitting each other which was a relief. As someone who is 5’8†I will note, the bench does seem to sit a smidge higher than the ones I am used to using at the commercial gyms but definitely not a deal breaker.Once I get my home gym up and working within the week I can give a more functional review with more than body weight being applied to it.

This bench is perfect for basic weight lifting and chair style exercises. Not a lot of multi-adjustment options but for the price works for what we need. Would recommend and buy again!

Assembly was a chore but not impossible.They give you multiple wrenches which helped speed up the process of tightening.There is a slight wiggle to the seat but it can be remedied by tightening the spring handles to their closed position which will stabilize the contact the point of the seat more. But you will need to un-tighten again it if you want to change angles.You can also further tighten the main center bolt more to help stabilize it more but that will also increase the friction between the hinge sides when moving the seat angle. Not sure if that would cause damage the product in the long run.It should be noted that the wiggle is an inherit design flaw based on the way they decided to connect all the separate parts to the main center bolt. Maybe also supplying spacers(like bearing spacers) would help alleviate this more?Also I think if they added like a flat "U" shaped base support(maybe like a dense plastic cap) where the seat and the bottom frame meet it would make the seat feel way more stable without sacrificing the seat angle feature. Sort of like how cupsole shoes work to cradle your foot.I'm too lazy to disable and return this but I think its ok for now.I mainly got this over some other more tried and tested benches on amazon because this one in particular has a triangular narrow seat which is good for lat exercises when your chest is on the back rest and you need to spread your legs.Also aesthetically it is a clean classic look and not covered in gaudy bootleg branding.

Great adjustable bench, easy to follow instructions and easy to put together. Takes about a half hour to build. Love the adjustments. Only 2 cons are it’s a little wobbly with heavy weight and the cushions are kinda cheap

This is bench is not made to sustain very much weight. The screws constantly need tightened.
