This is a nice-looking and substantial footrest that has lots of adjustability. (Note that only the angle is adjustable, not the overall height of the product.) My big gripe is that after hardly a week of intermittent use, the rubber strips glued to the bottom (which make it anti-slip and also protect your hardwood floors from the metal frame), are not staying attached the the unit. The glue used to adhere them to the frame does not hold if you exert the slightest pressure into the footrest. (How can you avoid that?) I will try using a stronger glue to keep the rubber strips firmly attached.

Very well made for what it is with real wood and a metal underframe. However there are couple of things you may want to be aware of.First, though this model tilts and has many notched settings it does not raise its base height, just the angle for your feet.Second, the wood seems to be something like poplar, so it may take dings over time.These points are minor. I'm very pleased with the quality. I'm not a big dude but I'm 5'10" and ~175 pounds and I found settings between it and my office chair that fits perfectly for me so hopefully you find this information useful.

This footrest is what I've been looking for! It's sturdy, made of materials that won't break, unlike the usual footrests made of plastic! Plus, it is attractive & the ease of adjusting the height is great!The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there was glue on the back metal floor support that came from the process of gluing the rubber floor protection strips to the sides of the metal frame. It took several applications of GOO-GONE to remove it.

I purchased this so my wife could use my rocker with our new granddaughter. After receiving it, I found it also made sitting at my desk much more comfortable. It is well built and easily adjustable. The only downside - now I will have to buy a second one.

Je suis contente d’avoir acheter ce produit en bois (beaucoup plus solide que le plastique qui fini pas craquer avec le temps et plus écologique). Le seul bémol, l’odeur forte et chimique qui s’en dégageait lorsque j’ai ouvert la boîte. Je ne sais pas si c’est le vernis ou la colle utilisé pour faire tenir les bandes antidérapantes mai bref, on se passerait bien de cette mauvaise odeur (par chance cet article est placé sous le bureau et je ne le sent plus).
