I was worried about the sliding piece being cheaply made and moving when in use. I was wrong. This is a nice quality foot. The ridges on the sliding piece hold the adjuster in place.

This works fine on my kenmore sewing machine but not my Husqvarna sewing machine. It goes on fine but the alignment of the foot keeps breaking needles. Otherwise it is sturdy, well it didn’t break when it met the three needles it broke! A great value for the money and it does fit both my Kenmore sewing machines so I will keep it. . But I am an avid quilter and a new 1/4 inch foot is a must, so I I’ll be purchasing another to replace the one that I lost at the Quilt Retreat.

Finally a seam guide you can READ because the numbers and markings are in RED. Brilliant!I have a few seam guide tools, and of course what’s on the sewing plate, but the numbers and lines are virtually invisible as they’re just etched into the tool itself. Silver on silver. I’ve always hated them, and I have perfect eyesight so it’s not me.

I brought so many presser foots trying to make a 1/2 hem and none worked. The lines would look so crooked. I used this one and it fixed my problem. So glad I don't have to rip out stitches anymore. It's a hair too big for my sewing machine but it still does better and anything I have tried so far.

Wanted to love this. It’s easy to read and stable. Unfortunately, the hole for the needle is too small/too far forward for the needle to pass through reliably. The needle keeps hitting the foot and breaking. I wish it were list a little bit larger!

I don't have anything to compare this to, as this is my first time using this kind of presser foot, but it seems to work fairly well. It would be nice if the guide stayed in place just a little better/was stiffer, but that might just be me not being good sewing straight.

This is now my favorite presser foot to use. I like the clearly marked lines on the foot and the side piece as well. Very good quality and have used it on my Singer machine with no issues so far.

Got it earlier than expected delivery date.I have tested and works as its purpose it fits exactly on my brother machine, it only wobbles left/right a little bit when the footer is up but other than that it works perfectly and serves its purpose.Also I love the extra nice casing where I can also use it to store my other footer😊

BUYER BEWARE: This foot DOES NOT FIT KENMORE machine. The hole for the needle is too far forward so your needle lands just at the metal edge of the whole and snaps your needle. Unfortunately I bought it months ago but only used it now - so doubt that I can return it.UPDATE: I contacted the seller to let them know it does not fit Kenmore machines. They asked me to send photos which I did. They then claimed that the foot was not from them. I have only ever bought and owned one gauge foot - it was from them. This is insulting and they obviously don't want to admit that their foot does not fit Kenmore machines. In the end, they gave me my money back (not including tax)
